This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Drized credits and any paid subscriptions. Drized provides virtual try-on services; we do not sell physical goods. Refunds for our services are handled as described below.
2. Credits and One-Time Purchases
Credits purchased for virtual try-ons are generally non-refundable once used. Our credits do not expire. If you have not used the credits and request a refund within a reasonable period (e.g., 14 days) of purchase, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not refund amounts already paid for the current billing period unless required by law or at our discretion in cases of service failure or error.
4. Service Issues
If the Service fails to function as described (e.g., repeated failed try-ons due to our systems), contact us at hello@areeburrub.dev. We may issue credit or a refund where appropriate.
5. Third-Party Purchases
Drized helps you visualize clothing; we do not process payments for clothing bought from other retailers. Refunds for items purchased from other sites must be requested from those retailers under their policies.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at hello@areeburrub.dev. Include your account details and the reason for your request. We will respond within a reasonable time and process eligible refunds to the original payment method where possible.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
